ON ACCOUNT OF INTERNAL MATTERS, WE ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. ONCE A PRODUCT LEAVES THE WAREHOUSE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT IT BACK FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

At Phreya, our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is great! If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and simple Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damaged & Defective Products

In order to serve you better, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we follow up on the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Pick-up and Refunds

Our driver will be responsible for picking up the goods.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be added to your Phreya account, within 10 business days.
