Hydrating balm broadly cares for psoriasis-prone skin, including the areas of the skin covered in plaques and those without. This anti-itch balm soothes itching and helps to limit the appearance of new plaques.

Key Ingredients:
Polidocanol: soothes itching sensations, caused by skin dryness.
Celastrol: directly targets keratinocytes (cells in the superficial layer of the skin) to reduce the appearance of the plaques and thus improve the appearance of the skin.
